9. EFT Payments

For EFT orders:

Payment must be made using the order number as reference.
Orders remain pending until payment clears.
Proof of payment may be requested.

If payment is not received within 48 hours, the order may be automatically cancelled without further notice.

Stock availability cannot be guaranteed until payment has been confirmed.

10. Delivery

We deliver nationally within South Africa where applicable.

Delivery times displayed are estimates and not guarantees.

Delays may occur due to:

Supplier availability;
Courier delays;
Public holidays;
Weather conditions;
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk in goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

Customers must inspect deliveries upon receipt and report visible damage promptly.

11. Service Appointments

Appointment dates are subject to availability.
Site access must be provided as agreed.
Delays caused by customer unavailability may result in rescheduling fees.
Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

Quotations remain valid for the period stated on the quotation.

12. Consumer Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Rights)

Where applicable under South African law, consumers may be entitled to cancel certain transactions within prescribed statutory periods.

Such rights will not apply where exemptions under the Consumer Protection Act or Electronic Communications and Transactions Act apply.

13. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy.

Where products are defective, consumers enjoy rights afforded by Section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act, including:
